How to Create Photo Album in Microsoft PowerPoint 2007/2010/2013?

Microsoft PowerPoint 2013 provides the feature of creating Photo Album for its users. This application gives the easy and simple method for designing digital photo album. Each slide covers only one photo. Whole Photo Album can be seen through slide show. User can also use frames, change colors, and also add text, picture layout and borders to photos. This modification enhances the appearance of album.

 Create Photo Album:

• Open Microsoft PowerPoint 2007/2010/2013.
•  Do click on Insert Tab, A ribbon will appear.
• Go to Images section and choose Photo Album option.
• Photo Album dialog box will open.
• Hit the button of Insert picture from File/Disk button.
• Insert New Picture dialog box will open and Choose the picture which user want to add in the album.
• User can individually add the photo or Press Ctrl key to select multiple pictures and then Click on Insert Button.
• Photo Album dialog box offers many options for modifying the photo. Like picture layout, arrangement and Adjustment of photos.
• After doing all customization Users have to click on Create button and insert pictures in album
• For viewing the whole photo album Press F5 key from keyboard.
• Each slide represents only one photo from album.
