After reading this article user will able to create album. To do this we have to follow some steps which are discussed below.
Create Photo Album:
- Open Microsoft PowerPoint 2007/2010/2013.
- Do click on Insert Tab, A ribbon will appear.
- Go to Images section and choose Photo Album option.
- Photo Album dialog box will open.
- Hit the button of Insert picture from File/Disk button.
- Insert New Picture dialog box will open and Choose the picture which user want to add in the album.
- User can individually add the photo or Press Ctrl key to select multiple pictures and then Click on Insert Button.
- Photo Album dialog box offers many options for modifying the photo. Like picture layout, arrangement and Adjustment of photos.
- After doing all customization Users have to click on Create button and insert pictures in album
- For viewing the whole photo album Press F5 key from keyboard.
- Each slide represents only one photo from album.
